Do you ship internationally?
 |
We ship within the 'Continental' United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes. Although some of our items may be shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii & APO addresses, these orders must be placed by calling 631-277-4471 from 9am to 6pm 'Eastern Standard Time'.

When will my order be shipped?
 |
Non Personalized orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days of recieving your order. (Most are shipped within 5 business days)
Sweet Shop USA Chocolates takes 3 weeks to be processed, as the chocolates are handmade.
Personalized orders and or personalized favor tags are shipped within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email, and inform you of the return to stock date, prior to processing your order. Please check your emails accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our shopping cart calculates basic shipping only. On occassion, extremly "heavy" items and/or items which require "oversized" shipping cartons can result in additional shipping charges. Should this happen, we will contact you via email for your approval prior to shipping your order.

How will my order be shipped and when will I receive my order?

Most of our items are shipped via UPS. UPS shipping time is usually 1-5 business days (in addition to lead time) depending upon the destination to be shipped to. If you need faster service (ex: UPS 2nd Day Air etc..), please call us at (631) 277-4471. We will email you with the tracking information, as soon as the order is shipped. Personalized Favor tags are sent via the US Mail System.

Minimum Quantities:
 |
You must meet the minimum quantity per item, as listed in the item detail. If you place an order for a quantity that is lower than the minimum quantity for that item, we will email you with an error notice, and cancel your order.
Note: Orders for Sweet Shop Holiday Truffles are sold in Bulk. You must order full case quantities and there is a minimum purchase required of $400 for the 'Sweet Shop Holiday Truffles". You may 'mix and match' Sweet Shop Truffle Cases to meet the minimum requirements, provided that all items are in full case quantities. Should your order not meet the minimum requirements, we will email you an error notification, and your order will be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?
 |
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any cancelled orders will be subject to 4% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities, as this will result in a 4% charge if your order is cancelled.
Any order already shipped can not be cancelled. If Customer requests a cancellation after the order has been shipped and refuses the package, the case will fall under the Return Policy and shipping and restocking charges will apply.

What is your return policy?
 |
If you need to return merchandise, we will take back the merchandise up to 5 business days from the date you recieve them. The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back into stock. We will refund for the value of the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable. In addition, shipping charges to return the merchandise is your responsibilityl This policy does not apply to custom orders, perishable food items, wrapped items or personalized items, as these items may not be resold, thus are not returnable.
Please note that we return full quantities only. We do not accept returns for individual pieces due to over ordering.
Damages:
Upon receipt of you order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 24 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim. We ship UPS only. UPS shipping time is usually 1-5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa. All dollars are payable in US Dollars. We are not responsible for charges incurred by your credit card company to convert the funds to US Dollars.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
 |
We charge sales tax to any ship to address in New York State only. All other ship to addresses are exempt from NY Sales tax.

Price Changes?
 |
In the event of a price change, the price in effect at time you place your order will prevail.
